Visited Leeds for a concert at the First Direct Arena, whilst not close it was only 7 minutes by uber into the city centre and I never waited more than 5 minutes for one. The room was the most spacious of the 3 HIE we stayed in on this trip and the hotel was the most modern. The bathroom was exactly what was needed, shower, toilet, sink - Dove Shampoo and Body Wash was included which was nice. The shower was powerful and came off the wall which is a major positive for me. Breakfast was just ok, no pancake machine which was sad as we had that in Stoke on Trent and were fascinated by it. The usual bacon, sausages, and eggs, tomatoes etc The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do more to help, I also throughly recommend MyLahore which is next door for an amazing curry
Service was fantastic. Absolutely everyone you encounter in the hotel is lovely and kind. Double bed was on the small side but not a big deal and that was due to the standard room we booked anyway. Parking is reasonable but could be cheaper however can’t complain considering other hotel parking in the area also close to city centre
I stayed here for one night recently and had a very comfortable stay. We were greeted with a friendly smile from Maiya at reception and checked in quickly and efficiently . The car park payment machine was inside the reception area and was easy to use . We had a room on the 7th floor which was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was spacious too and very clean. Hand soap and gel were supplied. The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a goods nights sleep. The room faced the roadside and traffic going past waa no bother with the windows closed. Coffee and tea making facilities were available in the room. TV worked just fine as did the wifi. Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. The staff member Isabel in the breakfast room was lovely . A great stay and i would be happy to go again to this holiday inn express.
Fantastic hotel! I had an unforgettable stay with my two dogs and couldn't be happier. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day out and about. The hotel's location is ideal, convenient for exploring the area. And what about the breakfast? Exceptional! A wide selection of fresh delicacies that made our mornings even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, Rating: 10 out of 10!
Room was pretty decent with a comfortable desk/chair combo for working at. Bed was comfortable and pillows comfy too. Aircon was knackered but there was an electric heater available in the room. Pretty poor sound insulation in terms of the windows and between the room and the corridor outside, but seemed ok between the rooms themselves. Bathroom a little cramped but the shower was fine. Service was great. Parking is via a private company and there are limited spaces. Don't pay until you've checked in as you'll get a discount code which saved me nearly £20 for a 36hr stay.
A pleasantly practical place to stay. Room was clean and equipped with everything you'd expect from "fancier" hotels. We arrived late evening and the sofa bed was set up for us which was great. I loved the shower and the Dove body wash and shampoo. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from , particularly good for two 14 & 16 year old boys. Staff kept the selection topped up and were really nice and friendly. I really enjoyed the Cumberland sausages! It took us about twenty minutes to walk to the Inn- we'd never been to Leeds and were using Google maps. There is a bus that goes passed but we wanted to walk to experience the city more. Will definitely return here when I next visit Leeds. Exceptional value for money.
Excellent staff (Sonya) friendly and helpful. 24 hour reception and bar .Very good breakfast included in price. Excellent value for money. Holiday Inn Express never fails to impress.
I had a wonderful stay. Stayed here in November but the most recent stay I had was the best ever. The gentlemen at the front desk was amazing as was the lady called Isabella. The were Polite helpful and sorted everything out very quickly I would definitely stay here again
